South Main District Salon Policies

1. Appointment Policies
• Booking Requirements: A valid credit card is required to secure an appointment.
• Appointment Confirmation: Clients will receive an automated text/email confirmation and must confirm within 24 hours.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may result in a rescheduled or abbreviated service.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• Notice Requirement: Cancellations must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service and required to prepay for future appointments.

3. Pricing & Payments
• Service Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on stylist level and service customization.
• Payment Methods: We accept credit, debit, and exact cash only. We do not carry change.
• Gratuity-Free Salon: Our team is fully compensated for their time and expertise, so tipping is not expected or accepted.

4. Service Guarantee & Adjustments
• Satisfaction Policy: If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days.
• Adjustments: Complimentary refinements may be offered at the stylist’s discretion. No refunds on services.

5. Hair Extensions & Specialty Services
• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required for all extension appointments.
• Maintenance Policy: Clients must follow aftercare guidelines to maintain the integrity of their extensions.

6. Retail Product Returns
• Return Window: Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days for store credit.
• Final Sale Items: Brushes, tools, and opened products are final sale.

7. Children & Guests Policy
• Children: Due to safety and space limitations, children are only allowed in the salon if they have an appointment.
• Additional Guests: Seating is limited to clients receiving services.

8. Health & Safety Policies
• Sick Policy: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
• Sanitation Standards: We follow strict hygiene protocols for tools and workspaces to ensure a clean and safe environment.
